Forum Rules

We are fairly democratic about the behavior of users on our forum, we do not want to limit you in manifesting yourself. BUT, of course, we will not allow some moments that even more relate to the elementary respect, and not to any dogmas. Therefore, the time has come for them to be clearly formulated and conveyed to you. Below will be written a little tedious information, but we tried to dilute it, so be patient and read the Rules to the end! ;)

The rules are introduced to create a comfortable and constructive atmosphere of communication. If you are not satisfied with the established form of communication, refrain from participating in the life of this forum or write your suggestions for improvement and leave your comments, claims in the relevant section.

  1. User registration.
    1. By registering on the forum, the user agrees to comply with these Rules.
    2. To register on the forum, the user must provide a valid email address. We guarantee the confidentiality of this information.
    3. We understand that many consider themselves too busy to write meaningful posts and try to bring something useful and interesting, easier and easier to nfludit nn-th number of posts, pick up what came and disappeared on the Internet. BUT keep in mind that flood and other garbage will be deleted and it is unlikely that with such a consumer attitude you will get what you came for.
    4. The choice of a user name (login / login) is your exclusive right. The administration reserves the right to take measures to stop using the login if its use violates the generally accepted moral and ethical standards or is offensive to other forum users.
    5. It is forbidden to repeatedly register by one user, that is, the creation of multi-accounts, regardless of the purposes with which such registration is conducted.
    6. If you are not active in the forum for a long time, your account may be deleted.
  2. The order of behavior on the forum.
    1. Communication on the forum is built on the principles of common morality and network etiquette.
    2. It is strictly forbidden to use abusive language against other forum participants, including when substituting letters with symbols.
    3. Any advertising, including advertising of Internet projects (except for the cases of preliminary agreement with the administration ) is prohibited .
    4. In the section "Services - Demand and Offer" , information about the sale / purchase and provision of services pertaining only to the XenForo subject matter and web programming can be posted .
    5. The placement of offers for the provision of services is allowed to users in the Local group , actively and regularly participating in the forum . Administration forums with a similar theme does not have the right to place announcements about the provision of services on our forum.
    6. Users who are members of the Proven and Local groups are prohibited from transferring / donating / sharing files from the resource manager to other users. Violation of this rule is punishable by lifelong blocking! All files posted on our forum are for personal use only.
    7. Users of the Premium group are prohibited from transferring / donating / sharing files from premium categories to other users. Violation of this rule is punishable by lifelong blocking! All files from the Premium section are for personal use only.
    8. In case of violation of clause 2.7 and subsequent blocking of the user, the service for providing Premium Resources is deemed to be rendered and will not be provided anymore.
    9. Premium category resource manager is filled with paid plug-ins and styles. Categories are replenished as far as possible and the conduct of Joint Procurement.
      Return of funds after the purchase of the increase to the group "Premium" is not provided .
  3. Publish messages.
    1. The title of the topic should be informative, as clearly as possible reflecting the meaning of the problem.
    2. Before creating a new topic, make sure that you create it in a forum of relevant topics, and also try to make sure that this issue has not been discussed before.
    3. It is forbidden to create the same themes in different sections and place messages that are the same in meaning in different topics.
    4. Try not to make grammatical mistakes in the messages, unless you are, of course, a schoolboy skipping classes of the Russian language;)
  4. The relationship between users and administration.
    1. In its actions, the forum administration is guided by common sense and internal rules of the forum management.
    2. The administration reserves the right to change the rules with subsequent notification to the users of the forum. We try to take into account the opinions and interests of all users!
    3. Dear participants of the forum, we sincerely want you to learn something useful for yourself, knowledge, the material you need, but also very much hope for your reciprocity and reciprocal assistance in the development of this project! ;)
